You can't. You need to be educated. That is not a YouTube job where you improvise a career. People spent decades to gain experience and knowledge.

This is crucial early to mid-career if you want to transfer into a renewable energy career. As a 33-year Oil, Gas, and LNG veteran with many transferrable skills, I am continually roadblocked by the requirement on applications to have 5 years of prior renewables industry experience. By the time I get 5 years of experience in a lesser position, it will be time to consider retiring, and the notion of transferable skills touted by anti-fossil fuel politicians is not the full story.
