This gimbal makes it easier to get steady shots and keep your videos focused on you, even when you're moving around.

There's nothing worse than a shaky video where you keep going off-frame, but Insta360's new gimbal could help you remove those issues completely.

The new gimbal, called the Insta360 Flow Pro, was announced via a press release sent to Lifewire. It works with Apple's DockKit, which offers subject-tracking technology, so you can capture videos that keep you in frame, even when you're moving around. Those aren't the only features that were announced, though.

The gimbal offers 360-degree rotation and a 3-axis stabilization system, so your shots are smooth, even in "complex environments." It also uses Insta360's Deep Track 3.0 technology for person identification, tracking recovery, zoom, and more that converts to a selfie stick, phase a built-in tripod, and even a power bank, but best of all is gesture tracking, so you can start and stop recording even when you're alone and have your device set up on the Flow Pro tripod.

The Flow Pro also offers one-tap pairing and automatic reconnection to make it simple to get connected to your iPhone and a ring light that lets you know the device is set to tracking. It works with iPhone's camera app as well as "over 200 third-party iOS apps," which gives you some flexibility in choosing an app to use.

The Flow Pro offers a 10-hour battery life, and easy controls, including modes for Auto, Follow, Pan Follow, and first person view (FPV).

The Insta360 Flow Pro is available today for $149.
