However, her weight loss transformations have been her most drastic while in the spotlight. 2009

Teresa flaunted her fabulous postpartum body two months after giving birth to her youngest daughter, Audriana Giudice, in September.

The Dancing With the Stars alum wore a red, curve-hugging, silk dress while sharing a charitable hand at the AID FOR AIDS International My Hero Gala in New York City alongside costars Caroline Manzo, Dina Manzo, Jacqueline Laurita.

2014

Teresa and sister-in-law Melissa Gorga wore trendy dresses while celebrating the sixth season of RHONJ at the premiere party in September.

The following month, Teresa was sentenced to 15 months in federal prison after she and her now ex-husband, Joe Giudice, pleaded guilty to bank, mail, wire, and bankruptcy fraud.

Joe was handed a 41-month prison sentence and eventually deported to Italy.

2016

Teresa served 11 months of her 14-month prison sentence before she was released in December 2015.

Nearly one year after returning home, the TV personality looked smashing while showing off her weight loss results in a white jumpsuit in November.

Earlier that year, Teresa released her prison memoir, Turning The Tables: From Housewife to Inmate and Back Again, and shared how she trimmed her figure behind bars.

“I only lost eight pounds or so,” she wrote. “But I went down maybe two or three sizes from all the running, walking, weights, yoga, and exercise classes I was doing.”

Teresa also noted that she worked out three times a day to keep herself “sane” in prison.

2018

Teresa maintained her health and fitness in her new and improved daily routine – and upped the ante when she competed in a bikini division of the NPC South Jersey Bodybuilding Competition.

After maintaining a strict diet and rigorous workout schedule, Teresa placed third in the contest!

“The most important thing is eating very clean,” she told Bravo in a video about her competition meal plan in November. “My diet has changed. I even hate the word ‘diet’ but I can’t eat carbs anymore. Like, I’m an Italian girl, I can’t eat my pasta — I gotta eat good carbs.”

“So, what I’m eating now is a protein and a vegetable. Grilled chicken, grilled turkey, grilled cod, grilled flounder. Some of the vegetables I eat are asparagus, green beans,” she continued. “In the morning I have oatmeal; otherwise sometimes I make six egg whites and I make an omelette out of it and I put some kind of vegetable in it.”
