Holly took her online fans along her nose job journey in a July 2022 TikTok vlog. She prefaced the video by sharing how much she “love[d]” her nose and was “not insecure about it.”

However, Holly got struck in the nose which restricted one side of her nasal passage.

“I’m a little bit swollen but it’s not bad. The surgery actually took five hours. We thought it was gonna be three,” she said in the video. “It turned out that not only was the tip deviated, I was deviated all the way up my nose. And now I can breathe.”

Lip Filler

Holly got her lip filler dissolved in March 2024.

“I got my lips done when I was 18, and they’ve migrated everywhere,” the California native said in a YouTube video at the time. “I feel like now that I’m 25, they don’t look awful, but everyone around me said I should get them dissolved, so that’s what I did.”

Celebrity Look Alike

After being spotted with Scott Disick in 2022, fans quickly began to compare Holly’s looks to Kourtney’s sister Kylie Jenner.

“Kylie, is that you?” one fan wrote, while a second person commented, “Has anyone ever told you that you look like Kylie?”

The Netflix star shared her “simple” skin routine via TikTok in April 2024 and all the products she used totaled a whopping $1,000.

Holly had fans confused when she shared a vlog via TikTok in March 2024 and did a pricey skincare routine at the table of an unknown five-star restaurant.

In the clip, she ordered black truffle shavings, caviar and Dom Perignon – only one of which she indulged in.

“I don’t actually eat when I come here, I come to do my secret skin care routine, which is a secret in Hollywood. The reason why so many celebrities age like fine wine,” Holly said, before adding the truffle and caviar to her face.
