Angelo Negri Obituary
AGE: 83 • Berkeley Township
Angelo Negri, 83, of Holiday Heights section of Toms River, NJ died on Wednesday, May 28, 2014. Angelo was a life long resident of Union, NJ before moving to Toms River, NJ in 1997. He proudly served our country in the Army from 1951-1954 with an Honorable Discharge. He worked as a conductor on the commuter rail passenger service for Amtrak Railroad for 39 years before retiring in 1993.
Predeceased by his loving wife of 40 years Mary(Szymkiw) in 2007 and his parents Angelo and Margaret(Modea) Negri. Surviving is his step-daughter Olga Betz of Toms River, NJ; 2 step-grandchildren William and Natalie and a step-great grandchild Ayden.
Family and friends are invited to attend the viewing on Sunday June 1, 2014 from 11am-2pm at the Timothy E. Ryan Home for Funerals, 145 St. Catherine Blvd., Toms River, NJ. A Funeral Mass will be offered Monday, June 2, 2014, 10:30am at St. Maximilian Kolbe RC Church, Toms River, NJ. Burial to follow at New Jersey Veterans Cemetery, Arneytown, NJ.
