Subject to the provisions of Part II and Part III hereof, all the provisions contained in the Standard Terms and Conditions of Trust are herein incorporated by reference in their entirety and shall be deemed to be a part of this instrument as fully and to the same extent as though said provisions had been set forth in full in this instrument.
Should individual provisions in this Agreement with the Member – including these General Terms and Conditions – be or become invalid as a whole or in part, this shall not affect the validity of the other provisions.

If the Member objects to the amendment to the General Terms and Conditions in due form and time, the contractual relationship will continue on the terms previously agreed.
