Goods or Services means those Goods or Services identified in this Contract, which may be changed, from time to time by the mutual written agreement of the parties.

Examples of Goods or Services in a sentence

  • Events that materially affect the cost of the Goods or Services or the time schedule within which to Perform and are outside the control of the party asserting that such an event has occurred, including, but not limited to, labor troubles unrelated to the Contractor, failure of or inadequate permanent power, unavoidable casualties, fire not caused by the Contractor, extraordinary weather conditions, disasters, riots, acts of God, insurrection or war.

  • The invoice shall include detailed information for Goods or Services, delivered and Performed, as applicable, and accepted.

  • If we terminate the Contract under Conditions 10.2, 10.4 or 10.5 or if you fail to provide the Goods or Services to our reasonable satisfaction, we may instruct somebody else to complete the contract.
