Competing Business definition

Competing Business means any person or entity that competes with the Company Group in the sale, marketing, production, distribution, research or development of Competing Products in the same markets.
Competing Business means any business that, in whole or in part, is the same or substantially the same as the Business.

More Definitions of Competing Business

Competing Business means any business (including, without limitation, research and development) that is carried on by Employer in any material respect, and with which Employee is actively involved, during the Term.
