Attorneys’ Fees and Expenses definition

Attorneys’ Fees and Expenses means such funds as may be awarded to Class Counsel by the Court to compensate them (and all other attorneys for Plaintiff or the Settlement Class) for their fees and all expenses incurred by Plaintiff or Class Counsel in connection with the Litigation.
Attorneys’ Fees and Expenses means the amounts approved by the Court for payment to Class Counsel, including attorneys’ fees, costs, and litigation expenses including fees and expenses of experts or other consultants.
Attorneys’ Fees and Expenses means any and all attorneys’ fees, costs (including expert costs) and expenses of Class Counsel (as defined in Section 1.6) for their past, present, and future work, efforts, and expenditures in connection with this Action and resulting Settlement.

  • FCA US will not oppose Class Counsel’s petition for Attorneys’ Fees and Expenses up to and not exceeding this amount, and Class Counsel will not accept any amount for attorneys’ fees and expenses in excess of the above amount.

  • Counsel shall have the right to appeal the Court’s determination as to the amount of any Awarded Attorneys’ Fees and Expenses and of any Incentive Awards.

Attorneys’ Fees and Expenses means the total recovery that may be awarded to Class Counsel to compensate them (and all other attorneys for Plaintiff or the Settlement Class) for all attorneys’ fees, costs, and adequately supported expenses of any kind (including, but not limited to, mediation fees, travel, filing fees, court reporter, and videographer expenses, expert fees and costs, and document review and production costs) incurred by Plaintiff or Class Counsel in connection with the Action.
Attorneys’ Fees and Expenses means all reasonable attorneys' fees and legal costs and expenses (including, without limitation, those fees, costs and expenses incurred in connection with bankruptcy proceedings, including Relief from Stay Motions, Cash Collateral Motions and disputes concerning any proposed disclosure statement and/or bankruptcy plan).
Attorneys’ Fees and Expenses as used above, shall mean all fees and expenses of attorneys, including but not limited to the fees and expenses of the Company’s or its affiliates’ in-house attorneys providing legal advice on coverage questions and/or defending the Company or a Legal Entity in coverage litigation, and fees and expenses of staff counsel in the defense of policyholder claims. Such Attorneys’ Fees and Expenses for in-house attorneys and staff counsel shall be calculated at the rate for such attorneys plus the expenses incurred by such attorneys, but excluding office expenses of the Company and its affiliates and salaries and expenses of their other employees which constitute Unallocated Loss Adjustment Expense.
Attorneys’ Fees and Expenses means such funds as may be awarded by the Court based on the Settlement described herein to compensate Plaintiff’s Counsel as determined by the Court and described more particularly in Section VI of this Settlement Agreement. This award also will include a reimbursement of costs and expenses incurred by Plaintiff’s Counsel, arising from their representation of Plaintiff in the Litigation, as determined and awarded by the Court. Attorneys’ Fees and Expenses shall be drawn from the Class Cash Fund.
Attorneys’ Fees and Expenses means the attorneys’ fees incurred by Class Counsel for their representation of Plaintiffs and the Settlement Class in the Actions and Consolidated Action and the litigation expenses and charges incurred by Class Counsel in connection with the Actions and the Consolidated Action.

Attorneys’ Fees and Expenses means such attorneys’ fees and expenses as may be awarded by the Court based on this Agreement to compensate Class Counsel and all other Plaintiffs’ Counsel as agreed upon by the Parties (subject to Court approval), as described more particularly in Section VIII of this Agreement.
