Agency Worker Definition: 721 Samples

Agency Worker means the individual who is Introduced by the Employment Business to provide services to the Hirer;

Agency Worker means supplied by the Employment Business to provide services to the Hirer;

The Agency Worker shall not be obliged to accept any Assignment offered by the Employment Business.
The Agency Worker acknowledges that all copyright, trademarks, patents and other intellectual property rights deriving from services carried out by him/her for the Hirer during the Assignment shall belong to the Hirer.
