Standard Specifications. 1. Any reference herein to standard specifications of any society, institute, association, or governmental authority (such standard specifications not forming a part of any statute or ordinance nor otherwise specified as to edition or date) is a reference to the standard specifications of such organization that are in effect on the 30th Day prior to the date of the first Advertisement for Bids. This document is provided as a DRAFT and is not intended to be considered FINAL. The Commission explicitly reserves the right to modify this document and provide a revised Sample to Phase II Proposers.
Standard Specifications. Seller shall comply with the standards of quality for Biodiesel as defined in ASTM D6751-07a. The specifications are provided in Table 6.1-1. In the event of any changes in ASTM D-6751, Seller shall make every reasonable effort to cause Xxxxx to upgrade the Plant or modify operations, if required, to meet such changes in standards. However, failure to upgrade or modify operations will not relieve Seller of its obligations to pay the Fees otherwise owed pursuant to Section 4.4 of this Agreement.

Standard Specifications the construction and design requirements and standards of the University of Houston System’s Facilities, Planning, and Construction (“FPC”), and various building and life safety codes as specified by FPC which are hereby incorporated by reference.
Standard Specifications. “Standard Specifications” means the Greenbook, the local standard special provisions referenced in the Approved Drawings and Specifications, and any amendments thereto that are approved by the City.

Developer shall comply, and require compliance by any of its General Contractor, Subcontractors, employees, and agents, with the editions of the following reference specifications that are in effect as of the date of the approval of the Approved Drawings and Specifications for purposes of the bids when designing, developing, and constructing the Project: the Greenbook and the regional and any local supplement amendments and the Chula Vista Standard Special Provisions.

In connection with any modification of the Approved Drawings and Specifications for the Developer’s Phase 1A Infrastructure Improvements, Developer shall comply, and require compliance by any of its General Contractor, Subcontractors, employees, and agents, with the editions of the following reference specifications that were in effect on the Plan Submission Date: the Standard Specifications and the Chula Vista Standard Special Provisions.
Standard Specifications. All provisions and requirements normally required to meet industry standards of quality materials and workmanship for the construction field in which this Project takes place.
