FOREST HILL, La. (KPLC) - A Forest Hill man has been arrested and accused of running over and killing an Oakdale man during an argument, according to the Rapides Parish Sheriff’s Office.

Spokesperson Tommy Carnline says deputies were called out to a disturbance on Boy Scout Road in the Forest Hill area around 8:10 p.m. on June 23. When deputies arrived, they say they found Billy Stanley, 53, dead with injuries that indicated he had been run over by a vehicle.
