EAST TEXAS (KLTV) - Linda Braddy, the CEO of the North Texas Region of the American Red Cross, explains their response to Tropical Storm Beryl, including potential response efforts in East Texas.
Hundreds of volunteers are currently sheltering in Houston, waiting for the all clear to begin relief efforts the city deals with flooding and widespread power outages.
