Bryan man charged with throwing bricks through car windows, damaging police vehicle

BRYAN, Texas (KBTX) - A Bryan man is in custody for allegedly breaking the windows of several vehicles and a home.
Bryan police were called to the 2800 block of Old Hearne Road just after noon Thursday, after getting reports of a man using a 4x4 and bricks to damage vehicles.
BPD says when they attempted to arrest Ramiro Rosas-Almansa, 57, he was able to smash the window of one of the officer’s vehicles with the weapon.
In total, he damaged 8 vehicles and a home.
Rosas-Almansa is charged with criminal mischief, assault of a public servant and resisting arrest.
He’s being held on bonds totaling $29,000.
