Hemphill’s Hughes finishes 19th at MLF event

PLATTSBURGH, N.Y. (KTRE) - Hemphill native Marshall Hughes placed 19th overall at the Tackle Warehouse Invitational on Lake Champlain in New York.
On the first day, Hughes caught five fish for 18-9 pounds and on day two he caught five fish for 18-6 pounds for a two day total of 36 pounds 15 ounces, which was good enough for 19th overall and won him $10,000.
