Asian orange and green onion dipping sauce by Chef Simon Webster

TYLER, Texas (KLTV) - With Mother’s Day nearing, Chef Simon created a simple, delicious recipe for a sauce that can easily be used over chicken, pork, fish, or shrimp, and adds lovely flavor to the whole meal.
Asian orange and green onion dipping sauce

4 chicken breasts
Rub with olive oil then
Seasoned with salt and pepper.
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup Asian chili sauce
1 tablespoon thinly sliced green onions
Mix all together and chill for 1 hour
For garnish
Sesame seeds roasted.
4 orange segments
1 cup arugula
Grill chicken breasts till cooked.
Place on serving plate with arugula, sprinkle with roasted sesame seeds then top with a spoonful of Asian dipping sauce and garnish with orange segments.
