Vehicle backs into pump at west Lincoln gas station

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – A vehicle crashed into a pump Tuesday morning at a gas station in west Lincoln.

Lincoln Fire & Rescue was sent to Casey’s near Northwest Sixth Street and Cornhusker Highway on a hazmat response.

A vehicle backed up into a pump, causing it to fall on top of another car.  It’s unknown what led up to the crash.

Some gas leaked from the pump, so crews put sand over it.  The pumps were shut off while crews cleaned up the area.
