LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) — Rock band Heart postponed the rest of their Royal Flush Tour on Tuesday, including their Lincoln show.

Lead singer Ann Wilson said she had a cancerous growth removed and is now undergoing chemotherapy.

“And so my doctors are instructing me to take the rest of the year away from the stage in order to fully recover,” she said in a statement.

Heart was supposed to perform with Cheap Trick at the Pinnacle Bank Arena on Aug. 18.

If you were planning on going, keep your ticket. PBA said it will be honored at the rescheduled concert in 2025.

The new concert date will be announced in the coming weeks.

Heart, known for hits like “These Dreams,” has sold more than 35 million albums.
