LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – Former Nebraska sharpshooter Keisei Tominaga is representing Japan in the 2024 Paris Olympics.
Tominaga was named to the 12-man roster for Japan’s national team, officials announced on social media Monday morning.
This comes less than a week after Tominaga signed an Exhibit 10 contract with the Indiana Pacers.

Tominaga helped the Huskers last season to their first March Madness tournament appearance in a decade.
He finished his final collegiate season averaging 15.1 points per game. Tominaga also made 76 3-pointers on 36% shooting.
Tominaga isn’t the only former Husker competition in the Paris Olympics, as Jack McVeigh was named to Australia’s national team.
Japan faces Germany in the first round of the Paris Olympics on July 27.
