An Exhibit 10 contract is a one-year, minimum salary NBA contract with no bonuses. The team can convert that contract into a two-way deal before the start of the regular season.
Tominaga helped the Huskers last season to their first March Madness tournament appearance in a decade.
He finished his final collegiate season averaging 15.1 points per game. Tominaga also made 76 3-pointers on 36% shooting.
