Comedian Hasan Minhaj performing at Lied Center in Lincoln

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – Award-winning comedian Hasan Minhaj is coming to the Lied Center later this year.

The Lied Center announced Monday that “The Daily Show” alum is bringing his new show, “Hasan Minhaj: Off With His Head,” to Lincoln on June 20.

Tickets go on sale Friday at 10 a.m. on the Lied Center’s website.  They can also be purchased at the Lied Center’s box office or by calling 402-472-4747.

Minhaj is known for his Netflix special “Homecoming King” and political satire show “Patriot Act with Hasan Minhaj.”

He also was a senior correspondent on Comedy Central’s “The Daily Show with Jon Stewart.”

Minhaj has won a Peabody, an Emmy and a Television Academy Honor.
