Annie Elming
Annie joined the Channel 8 team in July 2023.
She grew up in Los Angeles, where she spent her free time cheering for the Dodgers.
Annie became interested in news reporting by watching KTLA 5 in the mornings before school.
She received her bachelor’s degree in business administration from Creighton University and also took classes at the University of Nebraska at Omaha during her senior year.
At UNO, she was involved in MavRadio and did play-by-play and postgame interviews for sporting events.
She was also a news intern at KETV in Omaha.
When not working, she loves spending time with friends and exploring Lincoln.
