LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – A second man has been arrested in a double homicide at a west Lincoln strip club.

Lincoln Police Capt. Ben Miller said 32-year-old Darious Fletcher was taken into custody Tuesday near 10th and A streets.

He was charged with two counts of accessory to first-degree murder and being a felon in possession of a firearm.

On Wednesday, a Lancaster County judge set his bond at $2 million. He must pay $200,000 to be released from jail.

Authorities have also arrested Christopher Johnson, 32, and charged him with two counts of first-degree murder.

Miller said Johnson and Fletcher were seen on security video before the shooting at The Office Gentlemen’s Club on Saturday.

Around 2 a.m., Johnson approached 39-year-old Carlos Silva near the building’s entrance, according to Miller.

Fletcher then started talking to Terrell Jones, 40, who was sitting in a nearby vehicle.

“Moments later, Johnson pulls out a handgun and shoots Silva multiple times, and he falls back inside the building,” Miller said.

Johnson then turned and started firing at Jones, who was still inside the vehicle, according to Miller.

Investigators are still looking into what led up to the shooting, but they suspect it was premeditated.

“Certainly with the charge of first-degree murder, there was some sort of planning that we believe took place,” Miller said.

Police said Johnson and Fletcher got into a vehicle and left the area.

Jones and Silva were taken to a hospital, where they later died.

Johnson was arrested Tuesday after a foot chase in Omaha.

He is in the Douglas County jail. A court appearance in Lancaster County has not yet been scheduled.

Fletcher is due back in court on July 2.

An investigation is ongoing.  Anyone with information is asked to call police at 402-441-6000 or Crime Stoppers at 402-475-3600.
