Analy's story
My name is Analy and together with my husband and kids I opened my restaurant, El Antojo Poblano, as a food truck in 2018. We built the business, navigated the pandemic, had to move, renovated a restaurant in disrepair, and opened our brick and mortar location in February 2023. Things are going well, we have 10 employees and are open 6 days a week.
But our indoor seating is limited, so we want to build an expansion to the building in order to offer patio dining service.
Kiva lenders were instrumental in helping our business survive the pandemic, and grow bigger and better out of it. We are hoping lenders can help us finance this expansion, which will reduce wait times for customers and increase revenue by being able to serve more tables at the same time.
