Andy Kendeigh

Sports Director Andy Kendeigh,  a sports reporter for 25 years, joined KETV in 2010 but prior to moving to Omaha, Andy worked in Milwaukee and Madison, Wis., covering professional, college and high school sports.He has covered everything from the College World Series, MLB Playoffs,  Olympic Swim Trials, NFL Playoffs, Final Four, NBA Playoffs, MLB All-Star Game, the PGA Championship & last December covered Nebraska's national championship run in volleyball.  Andy's also a dozen college football bowl games including one that no longer exists (who remembers the Copper Bowl?) Plus, we can guarantee Andy is the only reporter in Omaha to cover the finals of Dancing with the Stars.In his 23 years as a sports reporter, Andy has won numerous awards and his ability to find the story behind the game is what sets him apart.  Andy is the 2014 & 2015 Nebraska Sportscaster of the year awarded by the NSMA.He is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin, but Andy insists his red blazer is Nebraska red.
