Matt Sottile

Matt Sottile joined KETV as a Sports Reporter in September 2023.

His passion for sports started at a young age. What he enjoys most is working to capture the passion people pour into their favorite teams.

Prior to his time at KETV, Matt worked as a Weekend News Anchor and Reporter at Western Mass News (WGGB) in Springfield, MA. In addition to his news duties, Matt hosted ‘Friday Night Frenzy,’ a fast-paced weekly high school sports show. He also covered Boston professional sports, including the 2022 NBA Finals, postseason baseball at Fenway Park, and New England Patriots football.

Matt is a Connecticut native and proud Boston College graduate who, prior to moving to Omaha, has always called New England home. He is excited to explore all that the Cornhusker State has to offer!
