Piña Granada – Granville Sharpe1.5 oz Plantation Pineapple Rum1 oz Plantation OFTD Rum.5 oz Rum Haven Coconut Rum.5 oz Rich Demerara15 drops ‘Elemekule Tiki BittersBuild cocktail in a rocks glass with 4-5 large cubes of ice. Give a quick stir and garnish with singed pineapple leaves. Esmerelda – Jacq Fowler1.75 oz The Botanist Gin.5 oz Benedictine.25 oz House Rosemary Syrup.25 oz SuzePinch of saltBuild cocktail in a mixing glass. Add ice and stir. Strain into a chilled stemmed glass and garnish with a rosemary sprig. Delivery Especial – Paul Foss1.5 oz Casamigos Reposado Tequila.5 oz Strawberry Infused Aperol.75 oz Grapefruit Juice.75 oz House Honey Syrup1 barspoon House GrenadineBuild cocktail in a shaker tin.
