911 services restored for most Nebraska counties after reported outages
Multiple counties in Nebraska that experienced 911 outages have had their services restored. As of 8 a.m. Wednesday, Lancaster County officials could not say whether Verizon customers could get through to 911 within the county. In a post on Facebook Tuesday, the Lancaster County Sheriff's Office alerted those customers they may not be able to make an emergency call. If you are in need of emergency assistance, call the following phone numbers: Lancaster County: 402-441-6000 Lancaster County Sheriff's Office said technicians were working to resolve the issue; however, an estimated time of restoration was not provided.Douglas County Board of Commissioners said T-Mobile was also experiencing a 911 outage, and customers were receiving a busy signal when they call.
