Holiday Inn Express Windsor Sonoma Wine Country

LikedThe room was clean and comfortable. We liked that the hotel provides big jugs of water on every floor. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Good value.

DislikedLocation is not appealing, right by the freeway/road. There isn't any green space. We could have used more lighting, difficult to read and see ourselves dressing and putting makeup on. There should be a mirror in the bedroom. Bathroom light was dim. I had to go purchase a hand mirror. Breakfast was just not appealing. Who uses yellow cheese slices these days in their eggs?

LikedFront desk staff friendly and accommodating, hotel very clean, peaceful and safe atmosphere, bed was comfortable.

LikedAll too often, we find hotels that don't have everything they say they do, like Lebec's that place sucked so bad that we're thinking about leaving holiday inn express and using Hamptons instead. Windsor on the other hand was as close to prefect as they come...5 stars for them
