Great workshop opportunity to learn more about our edible earth!Ever wonder what kind of mushrooms you see out on the tundra and amongst the cottonwoods? So many of these wild mushrooms are edible, or have medicinal properties...Join us for a day-long workshop at Pilgrim Hot Springs to learn how to identify, harvest, and utilize various species of fungi. July 27th from 10am-4pm.
