Taylor Swift has reignited her infamous feud with Kim Kardashian by singing a new diss track aimed at the reality star during her Eras Tour.

At her second London show of the Eras Tour, Taylor made it clear who the song was about. She introduced her song, thanK you aIMee, with its capital letters spelling out Kim's name, leaving fans in no doubt about the song's target.

Taylor merged the song with her hit track, Mean, and addressed the 80,000-strong crowd before her performance, declaring: "Every time somebody talks s*** it just makes me work even harder and it makes me that much tougher."

Fans were quick to react to Taylor's dig on X, formerly known as Twitter. One fan joked: "Kim Kardashian was found crying." While another praised: "Petty queen. IDGAF Taylor's era is her best era."

A third fan expressed their admiration, saying: "The way she performed that and Mean as a combo and that's why we love her." The feud between Taylor and Kim started in 2016 after Kanye West, Kim's then-husband, recorded a phone call with Taylor which was then leaked by Kim.

During the call, Kanye seemed to ask Taylor permission to sing about her in his song, Famous. The track features the lyrics: "I feel like me and Taylor Swift might still have sex. Why? I made that b**** famous."

Taylor wasn't happy with the track, but Kanye claimed she had given her blessing. In Kim's leaked video, Taylor seemed to say: "I know, it's like a compliment, kind of. Yeah, I mean, what's dope about the line is it's very tongue in cheek either way. And I really appreciate you telling me about it, that's really nice."

Taylor insisted Kim's leaked call didn't show what actually happened. Taylor was vindicated in 2020 when the unedited version of her and Kanye's call was leaked, showing he hadn't asked her about using the word "b****".

Reflecting on the controversy, Taylor described the ordeal as akin to "a career death" in an interview. In a candid chat with TIME Magazine, Taylor disclosed: "You have a fully manufactured frame job, in an illegally recorded phone call, which Kim Kardashian edited and then put out to say to everyone that I was a liar.

"That took me down psychologically to a place I've never been before. I moved to a foreign country. I didn't leave a rental house for a year. I was afraid to get on phone calls."
