Bruce Springsteen has arrived back in Dublin ahead of his massive Croke Park show on Sunday night.

The Boss was spotted outside McGrattan's Bar just off Baggot Street in Dublin 2 on Saturday evening. It's not known if he popped in for a pint - he normally likes to frequent The Long Hall - but McGrattan's did share a video of the iconic singer strolling outside the pub promoting his Croker concert.

Sunday night's show marks Springsteen's final one in Ireland this year, having already graced the stage in Belfast, Kilkenny and Cork over the past week to glowing reviews.

Bruce will take to the stage at GAA HQ later tonight, for which limited tickets are still available - though the cheapest ones will still set you back €146.

The 74-year-old is expected to treat the capital to hits such as Hungry Heart, Born to Run and Thunder Road and there may even be a special tribute to the late Shane MacGowan in the form of a cover of The Pogues' A Rainy Night in Soho, which was performed at Bruce's previous Irish shows.

Gates at Croker will open at 5pm this afternoon and attendees have been reminded that there is no support act, with Springsteen and his E Street Band expected on stage at approximately 7pm, when they will kick off a set that will almost certainly last longer than three hours.

Springsteen has been keeping a relatively low profile on his Irish travels but he has surfaced to sample some of his favourites in Ireland, making a repeat appearance at Leo Burdock's to enjoy the food at the iconic fish and chip shop earlier this week.
