Tesco shoppers across Ireland have just weeks left to use €710,000 worth of Clubcard vouchers before they expire.

The vouchers are among €10.5 million in unredeemed ones and will no longer be valid after August 31, 2024. Tesco Clubcard vouchers are valid for two years, so these were first issued in August 2022.

This reminder comes as Tesco launches its new ‘Power to More’ campaign, showing how everyday purchases can become currency thanks to Clubcard. The more points you collect, the more vouchers you earn and the more choices on how you spend them.

Clubcard vouchers can be used towards your Tesco shop, or can be exchanged with a Clubcard Reward Partners.

Tesco shoppers get one Clubcard point for every €1 spent on groceries in stores and online. As part of a summer promotion, customers can currently earn double points on selected products including cereals, treats and pet food.

Meanwhile, customers also have the potential to 'Scan it lucky' and be in with a chance to win high-value prizes with Clubcard Reward Partners. There are 113 Scan It Lucky prizes to be won, to the value of over €30,000, including your electricity bill paid for a year with SSE Airtricity, family cinema passes with ODEON, free car hire with GoCar, €250 Milano gift cards, Irish Ferries family trips, family passes to Dublin Zoo, Apple iPhone 15 and Samsung Galaxy 24 with Tesco Mobile, €500 Hotels.com tokens and €200 gift cards for F&F clothing and Tesco Ireland. All customers have to do is use their Clubcard in-store or online between from now until July 28.

Amanda Farrell, Head of Customer Strategy and Growth, Tesco Ireland said: “Clubcard helps every euro go further. The more points you collect, the more vouchers you have to spend to bring down the cost of your weekly shop, or get up to three times the value with our Clubcard Reward Partners. Clubcard vouchers expire after two years so we’re encouraging customers to check their Clubcard account to see if they have some of the €10.5million worth of vouchers yet to be redeemed. With the Tesco Ireland app it has never been easier to check your points, vouchers and coupons.”

Tesco Clubcard is free to join. Visit www.tesco.ie/clubcard/register for more information.
