Both Christina and Josh’s names were listed as the homeowners on the deed in documents obtained by Life & Style.

In July 2024, the pair shocked fans when they mutually filed for divorce. In his filing, Josh requested that “all property acquired during marriage, except those acquired by gift or bequest, be equally divided” between himself and Christina, including their Newport Beach home, according to court documents obtained by Life & Style.

‘Coming Together’

Christina snapped this photo in February 2023 of the work she put into redesigning her living room.

“Love the way our Newport Beach living room is coming together,” she captioned an Instagram post at the time. “You guys know I love light woods mixed with black and jute rugs. It’s been a challenge trying to soften up our extremely modern home that features poured terrazzo literally everywhere. Adding live plants always makes a huge difference in any space, they add a subtle pop of color and an organic element.”
