A Year After Postal Worker Death From Heat Biden Wants Safety Plan

It's been just over a year since postal worker Eugene Gates Junior died while delivering mail on his usual route during a hot day in Texas. His wife, Carla Gates, says she remembers the day vividly. She said Eugene didn't call her during the afternoon, as he usually does. Not wanting to bother him on his route, she says she waited. Toward the end of his shift Carla finally got a call, but it wasn't Eugene. Inside Edition Digital’s Mara Montalbano has more.
