Day 1 of study tours
As INMA explores the busiest intersection in news media — subscriptions, product, data, and newsrooms — our study tour will take us to the front row of the Netherland's top media companies.
Subjects to be covered include digital subscriptions, audience engagement and retention, product development and optimisation, journalism innovation and AI technologies, conversion funnel optimisation, data analytics and insights for audience behahiour, personalisation and tailored content delivery, subscription pricing model, and monetization strategies that can complement subscription revenue.

The second day of the study tour takes us around Amsterdam and its national and popular news brands, followed by non-news media tops to see where single-purchase news articles fit, along with non-traditional subscription providers.
