Who's behind Indianapolis Burger Week?

After a misstep in 2020, Indianapolis Burger Week launched in 2021 as part of a series of burger week market promotions across the United States produced by Euclid Media Group, a Cleveland-Ohio-based company that owned alternative weeklies in Cincinnati, Detroit, Orlando and other cities.

Euclid Media dissolved in 2023 and St. Louis, Missouri-based Big Lou Holdings picked up four of the weeklies, including Cincinnati CityBeat, which is coordinating this year's Indianapolis Burger Week.

Euclid Media had stepped in to fill a void left when alternative publication Nuvo ceased production of a similar long-time burger week, during which dozens of restaurants sold burgers for $5 each. Its Nuvo Indy Burger Week was last produced in 2018.
