Neven Maguire 'Mixing in my kitchen'

Neven Maguire’s spinning bike is the one closest to the turntable and while he and I pedal (we have a bike each), he’s double-jobbing as the DJ. Several times in the training session he twists to his left and changes the disc, shifting the mood and tempo according to where we’re at, from banging tunes during our warm-up to relatively mellow sounds as we climb a final, imaginary hill.

In our one-hour training session, he runs through Lost Tribe’s Gamemaster, Eye to Eye’s Just Can’t Get Enough, Solarstone’s Seven Cities and Supermode’s Tell Me Why.
