Richie Murphy: "I thought we done a good job in the first twenty and frustrated Leinster. Really proud of our lads, they left everything out there and their effort was huge.

"The lads are down but they've played against a really good team and they've made it difficult for them

"Over the last number of weeks the positive is where we have come to, the players taking ownership and driving training, huge credit has to go to them and we have a lot to build on"

Caolan Doris: " Any interpro never mind a knockout one is always tough. We felt being here in the Aviva was going to give us an extra edge but we were still expecting a tough game.

"It takes a few days to focus on it after our European defeat. The prospect of us winning silverware still at the end of the season is driving is. The prospect of playing the Bulls at altitude is challenging but we are looking forward to it."

Man of the Match Joe McCarthy: "Ulster are a really tough side. Richie has done a great job and they really put it up to us, it wasn't easy.

"Our goal line defence was class, it wasn't perfect but we are happy to be in a semi final.

"It's a massive trip to South Africa but we look forward to it"
