Sonia O’Sullivan believes European 400m silver medallist Rhasidat Adeleke will not allow online racist abuse to detract from her performances at the Olympic Games in Paris.

Taoiseach Simon Harris urged Adeleke not to let “online cowards” affect her after her coach Edrick Floreal revealed she had received abuse following the World Athletics Relays last month.
