Underage camogie club teams can use an unlimited number of substitutes from this week on as part of an initiative from the national governing body to increase playing time for a greater number of players.

The Camogie Association brought a number of recommendations to Congress last month, arising out of a ‘meaningful playing time’ report that followed extensive research into lack of playing time.
