New Kerry owner of Lansdowne Hotel returns to where he grew up – ‘I couldn't let it pass me by’
This week, Patrick Hanley; his wife, Aileen; his mother, Breda; and a close family friend from the town had lunch at the Lansdowne Hotel in Kenmare. It marked the completion of a circle for the Hanley family.
The Kenmare family are back at the helm of the renowned hotel, which they owned from 1972 to 2000. Indeed, it’s where Patrick himself grew up.
