Romanian novel ‘Solenoid’ wins €100,000 Dublin Literary Award

The novel Solenoid has won the €100,000 top prize from Dublin City Council in the 2024 Dublin Literary Awards.

Romanian author Mircea Cărtărescu and American translator Sean Cotter were announced today as the winners of the award, the world’s largest prize for a single novel published in English.
