Businesses, community groups and farmers will soon be able to get paid to become clean electricity producers by supplying self-generated power to the national grid.
The new phase of the Small Renewable Electricity Support Scheme (SRESS) is designed mainly for solar arrays but will also cover small wind farm projects.
