In a time of unprecedented levels of fear and uncertainty, one Dublin mother has named her newborn baby Hope as she looks toward a brighter future.

When Amy Fennell (34) arrived at the Rotunda Hospital on Monday, little did she realise her daughter would arrive three weeks earlier than expected.
