Irish hardware executive says ‘no secret of Fatima’ in documents he brought from old employer

Dennis O’Connor was sued after he left HPC in 2021 to join rival firm Core

A former managing director of one of the country’s largest building materials providers, who was sued for passing trade secrets to a competitor, has now been accused of failing to comply with a High Court order.

Under the order, Dennis O’Connor (51) was required to disclose to his former employers, Home Project Centre Limited (HPC), details of confidential information he provided to rival firm Core Builders Providers.
