Chief financial officer of IHRB resigns following leave period after ‘grave’ financial issue arose

THE chief financial officer who went on gardening leave for more than a year after a “grave” financial issue arose at the Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board (IHRB) has resigned.
The horseracing regulatory body confirmed today that Donal O’Shea has tendered his resignation and “no longer works for the IHRB”.
