Farmers in ACRES have been reminded of the scheme’s important hedgerow management rules, following the recent opening of the hedgerow-cutting season.
Under the rules for ACRES, if existing hedges are greater than 1.8m in height, cutting/trimming is permitted once they are not cut below 1.8m.
