Land sales worth €204m closed in the first quarter of the year

A recent report found that Dublin, Cork, Galway and Limerick saw an increased interest in zoned land, but noted a growing shortage in their availability

The first quarter of 2024 saw the closing of 20 land sales worth €204m across Dublin, Cork, Galway and Limerick.

A Development Land Market review, put together by economists at Sherry Fitzgerald, reported: “A total of 20 land sales closed during the first quarter of the year, compared to 16 transactions for the same period last year.”
