Wexford farmer’s six-month project to restore his late father’s 43-year-old David Brown

Patrick Kehoe had no idea the 1412 would become such an integral part of his 210ac mixed farm, which includes tillage, Romney sheep and Aubrac cattle

After a six-month project to restore the David Brown 1412 his father bought 43 years ago, Patrick Kehoe is putting the vintage tractor to good use.

Farming tillage, sheep and cattle outside Bunclody, Co Wexford, Patrick uses the freshly restored tractor nearly every day, opting for it over his modern New Hollands for many jobs on the farm.
